For those who are interested in studying abroad in Australia but still don’t know what and how to do it, NAICE has compiled a simple process for studying in Australia. Just follow these simple steps below, and you can pack your luggage and study in Australia.
1. Contact NAICE and come for a Consultation
Contact and inform NAICE staff about the program that you are interested in, such as English courses, both short-term and long-term, Diploma courses, Bachelor’s degree programs, Master’s degree programs, or Doctoral degree programs. Then, our NAICE staff will give advice on choosing the city, institutions, scholarships, expenses, and required documents.
2. Prepare The Documents
After finishing a consultation with NAICE, the next step is to prepare the required documents to apply for study in Australia. The lists of documents are as follows: – Passport – Transcript – CV/ Resume – English Proficiency Test Score (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) – Statement of Purpose (SOP) – Employment Certificate (in case of working) – Financial Proof (Bank Statement)
*All documents must be translated into the English version.
3. Submit The Application
For the submission of institution applications, NAICE will take care of the whole process. The applicant just has to submit the required documents to NAICE staff.
4. Wait For The Offer Letter
The period of waiting for the application from the institution is approximately two weeks – 1 month, depending on the applied course and institution.
5. Confirm The Application
If the institution considers that the applicant is qualified, the institution will send an offer letter to the applicant. The applicant must pay tuition fees at this stage.
6. Apply For a Student Visa
NAICE processes student visa applications for applicants. The applicant only submits the required documents to NAICE staff
*The duration of visa application is approximately 1-3 months.
